I have had quite a few "Dareplanes", and the most common problem I've found was, the "Brass square insert" on the propeller drive shaft falling off. The brass insert rests inside of the main drive gear, that is off the drive shaft of the propeller. There are two ways to enter the body of the plane. Ether cut the body in halve where the two vacuum(?)form pieces were glued together, or(if your not thinking resale)cut a small trap door into the side of the body to access the gears.(ouch!) Once you access the gears, "solder" the brass insert on to the drive shaft,(But be careful not to melt the plane body and the gears!!) One way to help, is to push the propeller all the way "in" giving you maxium drive shaft to work with. Then apply a heat sink(needle nose pliers works fine),to the drive shaft. A little plumbers acid to help the solder stick helps alot. Apply this to the drive shaft and brass insert before soldering. "Assemble, done" "Good luck" Houdini
